Took my daughter to Folsom Lake Toyota and worked with Mitchell to get her a used Volkswagon Jetta. The entire process was smooth. They all treated us very respectfully. I made an appointment to have an Anti-theft software upgrade after receiving notice from Hyundai. Appointment made. I show up at the scheduled time. An hour and 20 minutes later, my vehicle hasn't moved from the maintenance office parking area. Not a happy camper, considering I had to drive 45 minutes to get here.

Nissan dealer is the reason. The service department over sells unnecessary services when you have already purchased service plans. Read your owners manual. That is what your manufacturer recommends. Not what they say.

Awesome service a Folsom Buick GMC. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. If you need service on your vehicle in the surrounding areas, I would suggest them 100%.
